. Personnel is everything. Monitor the mood, needs, thoughts, injuries, and illnesses of your colonists. Assemble the best team, utilize their unique skills and traits to build the most efficient production and research processes. Form transport teams, equip scientific and rescue expeditions to remote sites, destroyed infrastructure, and geological artifacts.

Scanning the surface for mineral deposits can keep you occupied for hours. A little luck and a highly skilled geologist on your team can keep your extractors and factories busy for months.
