• Facilities and R&D: You start from the ground up, building and upgrading your headquarters and factory facilities. This includes the R&D department, the driver training center, and aerodynamic testing. Investing strategically in these areas is essential to unlocking performance parts, enhancing car reliability, and boosting the skills of your staff and drivers.

• Car and Driver Acquisition: The game features an impressive roster of officially licensed cars from the GT4, GT3, GT2, GTE, and Hypercar classes, including vehicles from prestigious manufacturers like Porsche, Mercedes, McLaren, and more. You must scout and sign official drivers, managing their seasonal contracts and improving their stats, such as speed, consistency, and wet-weather ability.

• Financial Strategy: Budget management is critical. You must secure lucrative sponsorship deals, allocate funds across departments, and balance short-term expenses with long-term growth objectives to keep your team competitive season after season.

Race Day: The Art of Strategy

On race day, the focus shifts to the pit wall, where your tactical acumen is put to the ultimate test in both sprint and long endurance events.

• Real-Time Command: You do not drive the cars; instead, you issue real-time instructions to your drivers. This involves managing their engine usage (pushing for overtakes or conserving for reliability), controlling their pace based on track position, and instructing them to engage wheel-to-wheel duels.

• Dynamic Conditions: Races feature dynamic, realistic simulations, requiring you to adapt swiftly to the ever-changing conditions.
