Permanent Progression and Style

Even when a run inevitably ends in the collapsing void, progress is not lost. Players collect meta-currencies like Orbs, Stars, Gems, and rare Neon that are invested back at the central hub, the Neon Core. These permanent upgrades unlock new spells, abilities, and traits, and allow players to raise the Storm Level, which increases the overall difficulty and the quality of rewards.
