In the year 2395, around the time of Mars' colonization, you take control of an ultra-orbital reconnaissance fighter in Redout: Space Assault. You've reached the most dynamic, spectacular, and exhilarating arcade space fight ever released for Apple devices. Fast-paced, adrenaline-filled space combat where you must outthink, outmaneuver, and outdo your opponents.

You are Poseidon's top ace pilot, Leon Barrett. We, the Poseidon Corporation, are currently attempting to pave the way for human colonization of Mars as mankind fights to exist on a burnt, dismal Earth and in icy, overcrowded colonies on the Moon. Upholding order is your responsibility. Eliminate insurgents and space pirates, shield our researchers and personnel from danger, and aid in our scientific endeavors.

Navigate massive asteroid mines, destroy rebel drones and fighter planes, swerve to escape harm, and fire off massive rocket salvos against your adversary! And, just for kicks, compete in high-speed races against other pilots and space pirates.

You may improve your ship's hull, shields, missiles, and energy weapons as you accomplish missions and collect the corresponding cards and tokens. Your advancement will allow you to single-handedly take on massive vessels, effectively deciding the outcome of the conflict.

When good and evil don't exist in an intergalactic conflict, Leon will have to work his way up through the ranks to find out what "necessary evil" is, how much honor is worth, and how much ideals cost.

Become an expert in every field relevant to your success in the Redout world. There are 39 challenges that will put your skills to the test and reveal a narrative you've never heard before.

Intelligent gameplay:

establish your tactical supremacy by displaying agility, resourcefulness, and the fortitude to overcome obstacles.

You have access to a vast arsenal, including the plasma cannon, pulser, railgun, shotguns, air-to-air missiles, and multi-barreled gun, all of which are larger and more powerful than their predecessors. Pick from a variety of weaponry, improve them, and set them up aboard your ship.

Upgrade your ship with a wheelbarrow for pumping so it can: Fight a destroyer by yourself or dozens of foes! You may improve your ship to suit your play style by dumping and switching cards.

Enjoy your ears being treated to a fantastic and dynamic score that only grows more hurricane-like as you go!

There is no room in space for boredom.

Use the rail gun mode to blast down drones, fighter planes, and other hostile vessels. Shoot down waves of enemies while dodging rockets and a torrent of gunfire.

Look for hidden rebels and supplies in iridium mines and discarded spacecraft. Have fun experimenting with your mobility and engine power to fit through narrow openings without damaging your vehicle.

Cut through the center of space wars against enemy ships, or compete with pirates for quick cash.

Special missions pit you against a powerful foe as you attack opposing warships. Every vessel has its own set of advantages and disadvantages, unique method of assault, and significant impact on the plot.
