Streets of Rogue is a chaotic, top-down roguelite that brilliantly blends fast-paced action with the free-form, experimentation-driven gameplay of an immersive sim. Developed by Matt Dabrowski, the game is set in a procedurally generated city where the player’s goal is to ascend through its various themed districts—from the Slums to Uptown—to eventually overthrow the corrupt Mayor. Systems and Anarchy

The game’s world is not static; it’s a living, reacting sandbox driven by complex AI and interactive systems. NPCs like gang members, police, shopkeepers, and cannibals all go about their daily routines, and their interactions can be manipulated for the player's benefit.

• Items and Traits: Between levels, players gain XP and choose Mutations (traits) and spend "Chicken Nuggets" (currency) to unlock new items. These add-ons, which range from landmines and shrink rays to boomboxes and healing bacon cheeseburgers, can drastically change a run.

• Co-op Chaos: The game supports up to four-player online and local co-op, turning the already unpredictable streets into a forge of emergent, often hilarious, multiplayer chaos.
