• Real-Time Preview (Radiosity): Artlantis is famous for its real-time preview window. Every adjustment you make—to materials, lights, shadows, or camera position—is rendered instantly in full radiosity (global illumination) to show you the final result before you commit to the full render process.

• IFC Import (Open BIM): A major addition in the 2021 version was the integration of the IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) import format. This allows users to import model geometries from various BIM modeling programs, enhancing compatibility and adhering to Open BIM workflows.

• Postcards: Allows users to save a complete material setup (shaders, textures, customized settings) of a surface as a "Postcard" to be instantly reused on other surfaces in the same or different projects via simple drag-and-drop.
