It takes the fundamental concept of classic arcade games like Asteroids and fuses it with the build diversity and procedural generation of the roguelite genre. Synergies and Build Diversity

The true depth of Nova Drift lies in the hundreds of Mods available and the complex synergies between them. Players are encouraged to create hyper-focused, game-breaking builds. For example:

• A player could combine a Sniper weapon (high damage, slow rate of fire) with Mods that grant infinite piercing and shield-ignoring damage, allowing them to vaporize entire asteroid clusters with a single shot.

• Alternatively, a player could choose a Homing Mine system, combine it with Mods that grant explosive chain reactions and increased projectile count, and transform the ship into a mobile factory of smart bombs.

The difficulty constantly ramps up, forcing players to continually adapt their build or perish.

The Wild Mods and Status Effects
