It places players in the shoes of a seasoned martial artist who decides to establish and run their own dojo. Unlike traditional fighting games, this title focuses on the comprehensive experience of a martial arts master, blending hands-on combat with strategic school administration.

The journey begins with a small, empty building and a dream. The core gameplay loop revolves around building and customizing your dream dojo. Players have full creative control, strategically placing training equipment like punching bags, mats, and dummies, and decorating the space to boost student morale and training speed. A well-equipped and aesthetically pleasing dojo is crucial for attracting new "grasshoppers" (students).

Once the school is set up, the player becomes a teacher and mentor. Students arrive seeking to learn various fighting styles, such as Karate, Kickboxing, and Mixed Martial Arts. It's your responsibility to assign training routines, monitor individual progress, and demonstrate new moves. Students have unique strengths and weaknesses, requiring tailored coaching to help them evolve from beginners into champions. Successful training and student victories in tournaments directly enhance the dojo's reputation and financial stability through tuition fees.

To keep your school at the top, you must continuously learn new moves from the Masters by completing challenging mini-games that test your reflexes and timing. These newly acquired techniques can then be passed down to your students, expanding their combat repertoire for tougher battles.

The simulation aspect is punctuated by intense action as you must compete against rival schools and defend your honor. Rival dojos will challenge you to one-on-one duels or even launch raids on your school, forcing you to utilize your trained students and strategic resources. Outside the dojo, you can embark on side missions to defend the weak against the Mafia and street thugs, further increasing your school’s reputation and influence in the city.
